Need to change email address used for gravity forms purchase

  1. Hi, i live in a country with very strong exchange restrictions so is very hard for us to pay in US$, i asked a friend of mine to make the purchase of gravity forms with his paypal account for me, now i find out that i have to register with his account in order to gain access the members area. My friend just made the purchase for me, he doesn't know Anything about wordpress or web development and it would be very awkward to ask him for access to his account to do my work. I sent a message with this request using the contact form but i have not received an answer so i posting this in the forum.

  2. I replied to your contact us request but the email bounced back as undeliverable.

What you need to do is have your friend email me directly at carl@rocketgenius.com from the payment email address and give us permission to transfer the license key. He will need to provide us with the name and email address the license key should be changed to.
