Not able to add the address field -ajax error

    i'd appreciate any help. I'm unable to add the address field to my form. it comes up with an ajax error alert.
    i'm using gravity 1.4

    What ajax error message are you seeing? Often times if your form previously was working and suddenly you being to experience an ajax error, PHP is simply running out of memory.
