Not getting Added to Mailchimp

  1. We have forms on our site and when I complete them from our office they do not send the data through to Mailchimp. I do receive the Gravity form confirmation email but Mailchimp is not updated. What is very bizarre is that from our tech guys office I can add details and they add to mailchimp, and every time they do it, it adds straight away. This is so frustrating as I've been adding people thinking they are on but not all are, only those entered from a different office.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

Can you please run through our basic troubleshooting steps:

Also, can you confirm that someone outside of your office can submit details that go to Mailchimp but you are unable to?

  3. Hi yes, people outside my office can submit it and it goes to mailchimp no problem.

I am sorry, but I am not sure I will be able to help as it doesn't sound like a Gravity Forms issue. Here is why I say that: if someone/anyone can submit a Gravity Forms form properly, and it works as expected, then Gravity FOrms is working. The issue it seems is something within your office if others can submit things fine.

I am assuming Gravity Forms is installed on a web server outside of your office? Could your office firewall be causing an issue with your connection to your site? I am not sure where the source of your specific issue would come from. I could try submitting to the form, but I won't be able to replicate your issue since I'm outside of your office.
