    Hi,

    We are looking for the best tool to create a professional online Survey to test customer satisfaction. Amongst others, we would like to use Numeric Ranking questions.

    For example:

    What do you think of the service?
    1 very poor 2 poor 3 oke 4 good 5 really good

    Is this possible?

    Definitely an option available using Gravity Forms. There is even a bulk predefined option for radio buttons that would make asking for people's feedback very quickly (though it wouldn't be numeric).

    You could set it up to be numeric though with very little work.
