Opt-In Form In Header?

    I have a personal license for Gravity Forms; before I upgrade to Business/Professional, I want to know that it will do what I'm wanting to do. Will it allow me to put an opt-in box in my header such as at this site?

    You could already create that form, but you couldn't tie it to any service until you purchased at least our Business license.
