Hi,
I'm interested to use gravity form on to create an ordering form. This is a very simple order form where the customer knows the code/item that they like to purchase. We would like to dynamically allow the customers to add additional forms that they can add by using + image.

Yes, in 1.6, a new list type field is available, with the + functionality you're looking for. The announcement is here (look for "List Field"):
