my client needs a way for their vendors to select from a list of 20 products to be shipped to a specific location, but there is no pricing or financial transactions at all. Just a system to choose the product (add to cart) and where to ship it. Can Gravity do that?

Gravity Forms doesn't have a cart system, and since its not really a product (no price) then it can collect that information fine using dropdowns and whatnot. Check out our demos - http://gravityforms.com/demo

    David,
One question: With the checkbox method do you think it is possible to limit the number of choices the user can check ?

Exemple 10 products available, 10 check boxes available but membership gives only two products per month ?

don't know if i am enough clear !!!

  4. There is no feature in Gravity Forms to limit the number of boxes which can be checked, but you can use jQuery to enforce that restriction. Here is one explanation of how to do that: http://www.jasonpaul.net/wordpress/limit-amount-of-checkboxes-that-can-be-checked-in-gravity-forms/
