Output of Forms

I'm curious as to the output from the forms? I know the information can be sent via email, but does the output create some sort of database? Is it possible to see how the output or organization of the information collected looks?

I am collecting volunteer information and need to know if it will collect it as individual "forms" and "fields" or if it becomes a database I can manage.

    Thanks!

Go to http://www.gravityforms.com/demo/ at the bottom of the page hit the 'login to the demo' button, once you are in you should find your self on the 'Dashboard' with a list of forms, click on any of the forms to be taken to the list of entries available for that form, when this appears if you click on an entry id you will be able to see how an individual entry is presented.

But to answer your question when the form is filled in the information is stored in the wordpress database, it can also be included in any email notifications that are configured, as well as exported to a csv file
