Passing The "Total" field using the query string

    Hello,
    I am interested in purchasing your product but I had a question. When trouble shooting an issue with one of your gravity forms installations, We were not able to pass the "Total" field through the query string. The parameter within the url would always pass a blank value. Is this a known issue? How can this be fix?

    This is not a known issue and we would need to see the form URL and how you are passing the data, and what is supposed to receive it. If this is an installation you need help troubleshooting, please post a regular forum topic, rather than a pre-purchase topic, and we'll be happy to assist you.
