Is there a way to use payment gateways with Gravity Forms? For instance if I were to use gravity forms to sign members up, would it be possible to have them fill out the form and send them to PayPal or other type of payment gateway and after a successful transmission post the data?

Currently you can't post the date, you can only send it via a get method. This would be done using the confirmation settings to do a redirect for the confirmation. You would then build the query string for what data you wanted to pass to the redirect.
We have discussed creating an add-on that would allow you to post data anywhere you want as part of the form submission process. It would allow you to post data to any 3rd party url. It's only in the idea phase, but it is an add-on we will most likely be developing.
