Paypal payment as an option

    Hi,

    I would like to find out if the below is achievable before I make my purchase for a license.

    Let's say if we are taking in a order via an order form. And we have various payment methods (ie. Cheque, COD, and Paypal etc.)

    So obviously, if we allowed the customer to choose Cheque or COD, we would take the payment settlement offiline and deal with the customer directly. But if the customer choose Paypal as the preferred payment method, only then we will direct to the paypal transaction page.

    Is there a logic flow in Gravity to allow this to be done?

    Yes. You can use the PayPal Condition on your PayPal feed (the configuration which sends your form submission to PayPal) to say "If the form selection was 'pay by paypal', send this submission to PayPal.) If that selection was not made in the form, the submission will be recorded, but the transaction will not go to PayPal, and you will have to process the payment offline.
