PayPal will not accept Credit Card used to initial purchase

    Hello, I need to renew our license for Gravity Forms, however, everytime I have tried to pay with the CC we used to purchase Gravity Forms initially, it tells me "The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number." This is a valid card and the one we used to buy GF. Can you tell me why it's doing this or if there is another way I can pay for our license?

    Once you are off our site and on Paypal, it is an issue with them. We have no control over the error messages. Are you able to use a different card, or pay via a Paypal account? You should also contact Paypal to see if you can get this sorted out.

    Ok, I wasn't sure, but thought I'd ask. I don't have another cc, we do have a paypal but it's the same cc. I'll contact them and see. Thanks!
