Please help, Accidentally paid for GF twice!

    I've emailed customer support yesterday morning but have yet to hear back from anyone.

    Basically I was somehow able to double pay for the Gravity Forms developer version.

    Little help? Pretty please?

  2. Support is not available on the weekend. If you have emailed support I am certain someone will get back to you and help resolve this issue. It won't be until Monday at the earliest though.

    I emailed customer support on a Thursday however I just emailed the billing support today.

    Fingers crossed this can be resolved soon!
