Populate Fields from a Database - jQuery

Project: We use gravity forms to provide quotes to customers, when customers complete the form, information is emailed to a server that then processes and delivers a price quote to a customer automatically. http://www.rcgauto.com/shipping/car-shipping-quote/

Customers have an option to enter starting city and state or a ZIP code. I'm looking to create a functionality where a customer could enter just the ZIP code and city/state would populate automatically. I do not have a database of all the zip codes in US, so working with someone that has it is a plus, would also like integrate Canadian postal codes if possible.

When quoting customers we also collect vehicle: year, make, model to determine the size of the vehicle. Looking for a developer that can make this functionality. For example if a customer selects Year (2011) - Make (Acura) - Model (TSX) the output would be a (sedan). These type of databases are available but are somewhat expensive.

Overall priorities are to have a responsive form that helps customer enter data more efficiently.
