    Is there a feature in this product to have the form popup
    upon visitor landing on homepage? Lightbox-like? Thanks

    There aren't any built-in "pop up" or modal options. You can use pretty much any of the modal window scripts out there to embed a form either via inline content (using the AJAX submit option) or via an iframe.
