Porting Gravity Forms to a new site redesign

    I am redesigning a site for a client. Their old site uses Gravity Forms, and I would like to continue using it. However, I don't know what their Support License Key is.

    Is this stored somewhere in the database?

    No, it isn't stored anywhere you could access as we hash the key once it is saved on the site. They would have to find their license details to be able to use it on the new site.

    You or your client is welcome to use our contact us form so we can try to track down their user login credentials that will show the key.
