possible to include a Digital Signature within the form?

    I'm planning to use Gravity Forms to create a patient intake form at a doctors office- they want to provide patients with an iPad when they arrive to fill out the form.

    In addition to the standard intake form, they've requested that patients provide some sort of a digital signature when they submit the form. Has any one done something similar, or have any suggestions for how this could be done?

    Sounds cool.. You would probably need to run some sort of JAVA applet to capture the signature, create an image from it and store it somewhere along with the post data. I'm not that familiar with digital signature solutions, but remembered seeing this recently
