Pre-purchase. Create form by uploading CSV?

  1. I have a large membership database exported to a simple CSV spreadsheet (First, last, address, phone number columns...)

I'm probably missing something, but is there a way to upload that CSV file and create a form from the column headings?

I'd hate to have to somehow copy all that info into a form.

What I'm ultimately after is moving a directory from one site to another. Exported from one directory to CSV, Upload that CSV to a form, Display that form with "Gravity Forms Directory & Addons" plugin.

  2. You're not missing anything. Gravity Forms does not work like that. It can import XML exports of other Gravity Forms, but not CSV and not forms created by other applications.

The form builder is very quick and intuitive so it will not take long to recreate your form.
