    A couple of quick questions.

    1) Is the campaign monitor plug-in white labeled? I have an account with campaign monitor and don't want it broadcast to my clients.

    2) A client wants an application form on their website. How can they print a copy of the applications. Printing an email sent from the form doesn't look very professional.

    3) If I purchase a developer license and a client moves to another developer what happens to the license? I assume the forms will keep working but is the license number protected or is it in plain text? Is there anything that prevents another developer accessing the license key and using it on their own sites?

    Hi ZeroGravity,

    1 - The Campaign Monitor Add-on is visible to all users by default; however, can be managed with roles.

    2 - Not sure I follow this question? You can modify the content of the notification email to look however you like. Full support for HTML. :)

    3 - The license is entered in plain text. If you suspect that someone is using your license, you can provide us a list of "safe" domains and we can verify which domains your license is active for. If it is being abused, we can generated a new license.
