I need to create a form with several customized fields such as: bank information, product description, quanitiy requirements, target price, etc. Does your software allow for customized fields? If so, is there a limit to the number of fields I can create? Thank you for your assistance, and for your time and concern in answering this question.

Field Customization?

Forms are custom. You build your form using the form builder and a toolbox of field types (ex. text input, paragraph input, number input, date picker, name field, address field, email field, etc.). You can call them whatever you like when you add them to your form. There is no limit to the number of fields.
