    Hi,

I'm looking into using Gravity Forms for a project I'm working on. Is there a way to ...

A - Set conditions under which a repsponse will be forwarded to a particular email address. For example - If the State field is set to "New York", newyork@example.com will get a copy of that email.

B - Limit the number of responses that get forwarded. For example, I want the first 5 form responses that have the state field set to "New York" to be sent to newyork-a@example.com, and all of them after that to be sent to newyok-b@example.com

    Thanks for your help!

  2. A) Yes you can set a condition under which an email notification will be sent based on a drop down, checkbox or radio button selection.

    B) You can limit the number of responses, however it is for the entire form. You can't limit it based on a selection. The form entry limit feature is based on total entries for that form as a whole.
