I tried to read the posts on the forum regarding re-direct / paypal but because I've not yet purchased Gravity Forms, I do not have access.
I would like to know if after the form is submitted, that I can redirect user to make payment via Paypal.

If you purchase a developer license you will be able to use to the PayPal Add-on to integrate with Gravity Forms which will automatically send the user to PayPal to complete the transaction. This add-on also lets you specify that certain actions (it, post being created, user being registered) should not happen until the payment has been received.
With a single license, you can redirect the user anywhere after form submission; however, you would not be able to track the payment through Gravity Forms. It would be a simple redirect.
