Pre-Sales question: survey plugin - export etc.

This looks like a great product - congrats.
I've found the link to the demo site. Am I correct in that the Build A Pizza form is an example of a survey? If not - is there an example please?
Also, are there any tools with the survey add-on so that the survey data can be exported?
Lastly, is there any membership functionality that can be used so that only certain member types can see the survey or, certain respondees can be 'ticked' and thereby added as a member of the site?
