1. Gravity Forms currently has no input capabilities. You can't input data into Gravity Forms. It is designed to capture data via forms.
2. Gravity Forms does support conditional logic, however it is only designed to show or hide additional fields based on user selections. It has nothing to do with the save functionality of the form.
3. Forms can send an email notification upon submission. RSS is not currently supported.
4. Form entries are stored and can be accessed and edited in the backend at anytime. However, editing the data in the backend does not fire the email notifications.
5. Conditional logic does not apply in the backend admin area. Admins have access to all the fields regardless of the condition.
6. Editing a form entry in the admin does not send email or RSS.
I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish, but judging from your description it sounds like you need some sort of custom solution rather than a traditional form builder application.
