Explanation, we develop clients site on different domain & IP and then once near completion move the site to clients domain, IP etc.

Since this would be different Property Rental forms, depending on the property location or furnished or unfurnished, the agent needs to see the form & the appropriate by line user (potential tenant) response as well.
