'Preferred email type' field needed

    Hey Carl!

    Just working my way through this awesome add-on right now. Great work.

    One small omission: I need my subscriber to be able to choose the type of email he wishes to receive, direct from this form.

    So HTML, Rich Text, Plain Text. As an option on the form.

    Can you add this to the pile?
