QR Barcode

    I have been using Event Espresso to manage our events with QR code to allow us to scan them individually but I love GF so is there a plugin for QR code to display on each person's registration? I looked up on a barcode plugin topic and it didn't really help me to understand it.

    There is no plugin to create a QR code that I know of. You would likely have to code something in your theme's functions.php to take the submitted information and create a QR code, then store that image somewhere.

    Take a good look at Event Espresso. Im sure it ll be going to make GF so popular with conferences, etc. Im not a developer but I know its possible to do this! Maybe I should post a job opportunity to develop one for GF.

    That's a good idea. It's certainly possible to do, but there have not been a lot of requests for it yet.

    Maybe most of people did not realize the potential of GF. I would do it if I have a development skills in PHP, etc but Im better in Business Development :)
