I have a form that has eight types of products. When the sell is complete, there are eight different redirects to different confirmation pages based on the product. The redirects work fine because of the post above. I put the code in my functions file. Its all good.
But I have to pass info from my form to my confirmation pages. Again the above post gave me code to try so I added the query string that was suggested. Now my confirmation page is blank except for the string. I don't know if this is because of the coding or if it is because I can't figure out how to make the merge tags work.
