re: "no duplicates" doesn't work

  1. Hello, I'm using the registration plugin so that I can collect users details before they download pdfs. What I'd like to do is if someone registers, then tries to register again on another computer they can using the same email address, that is it allows duplicate entries. I've unchecked "no duplicates" in the form but it still errors on the registration form.

    Can you help?

This is a WordPress limitation not a Gravity Forms limitation. WordPress makes users unique by e-mail address.

  3. Here's a plugin you can use to assign multiple usernames to the same email address. I've used it several times for clients who want this capability for whatever reason.

Thanks Shelly, I wondered if someone created an override for that limitation.
