I need a way to replicate a sales website, where someone can sign up for a fee, register, pick a template and be able to have their info auto populate into template.
Is the possible with your plugin and if not do you have any suggestions.

Gravity Forms cannot control templates and as such probably wouldn't fit what you are looking for. A custom coded PHP script could probably do what you want and be created on sites like odesk.com relatively inexpensively.
From my understanding if a plugin uses a hook on wp-register to insert a template option select/input ; and that information is posted to WP Register;
Is there a same way to pass that value as a custom field in to the register function. or would the same field/function need to be spliced into the gform reg plugin php files?
