Result Output "If This Then That"

    Hi.

    I have created a multi page survey, and i need to get the results output in a different format.

    Ex.
    There are 20 questions with 7 values in each (ranging from disagree to agree)

    What i need is for the value to display as this:
    If the result ranges between 1 to 20, then show one answer, and if the result is between 21 and 50 then show a different answer.

    How do i achieve this?
