I posted an offer here a few months back and I had a bad experience with DualCube agency. I just wanted to let you know, as I found them throu this forum.
What have I experienced?
- Delay : not at all what we agreed on. My development took 2 months instead of 2 weeks
- Errors : a lot of bugs that I had to find by myself and ask to correct several times
- Terms of the contract : no clear statement of what is included or not
- Communication : Can take up to 1 week to get an answer
