Is it possible to ad in schedules for a form to only be available on certain days? for example only on Tue and Wed of every week. ?
I don't need a form that I have to manually schedule and expires. What I need is a recurring/rolling form that's only open on certain days of the week.

Currently this is not possible as you described. You would have to write custom PHP and wrap that around your form call to do this as a customization.
The only scheduling capabilities are a begin date and end date for the form. There are no options for recurring or making it certain days of the week. Only a start and end date.

Hi! I am looking for exactly this. I need to rotate a menu weekly.
I thought I would be able to simply make a post and schedule 2 forms to appear every 10080 minutes or something like that... too bad that's not possible.
If anyone knows of an easy solution I'd really appreciate it.
