    Hello,

    A couple of presales questions:
    1. Would like to know if there is a feature for multiple departments and each department can have multiple emails.

    2. Can BCC field hold more than one email?

    Thank you.

  2. 1. Right now each form can send two emails, one to an admin and one to the user who submitted the form. Currently there is not any sort of form based routing where the form will send an email to an email address based on options selected in the form. We may add this in the future but it currently does not do this.

    2. Yes the BCC field can hold multiple emails, as can the send to field.

For clarification of the above (#1) request:
The form will have a dropdown of departments a user wishes to inquire more info about. Each department can have more than one email recipient.

Will wait for GF to be a one-size-fits-all form and will gladly pay the developer fee for this feature and a couple of others mentioned on the Feature Requests.

Thank you for considering this feature for a future release.

  4. No problem, just keep checking back and watch for release announcements.

We have plans for notification rules that will allow you to route notifications based on specific fields being selected in the form. So that will enable exactly what you are asking for. No ETA but we do plan on implementing it.

  6. By any chance, does GF know of a plugin which could activate this function? Or, someone who has successfully pulled it off by hacking the plugin?

  7. Nevermind. Just discovered the routing after adding the dropdown. Coolness.
