It would be great if rather than the single "form expired message" that displays both after a form has expired _and_ before a form is available, if a "form not yet available message" field was offered. That way, there could be some kind of "We will begin accepting applications on [day/time]" message that displays until the form appears, then a different "sorry, too late!" message that appears once the form expires.
