Sharing information submitted

  1. Hello,

Lots of features I like the look of - especially Paypal and Freshbooks - very nice. :) I noticed that you can export data into a CSV file. Is there any other way to share information with others or is that my only option (other than giving someone admin access to my site).

There is a Typepad site I'm an admin for and when clients submit information it automatically populates a Google doc, enabling a number of us to have access to the same data. I'm wondering if there's any way I can do the same thing with my WP site.

    Thanks in advance.

Hi OMum22, beyond the add-ons we have listed with the different license levels of Gravity Forms, you would have to customize Gravity Forms to share the data further than what is built-in. There is a directory add-on that was developed by a third party to show submitted data on a WordPress page, you could password protect that page to make things easy.

  3. David - Thanks so much for the super-fast response. I feel better that I didn't miss anything obvious. Thanks again.
