Signature Box not showing the Writing or "Ink"

    I am having the exact issue as another gentleman whose ticket was closed with no real resolution other than it started working.

    The ink will show fine in Firefox but not with IE9 or Chrome (21.0.1180.83). Client is stating they are getting many complaints now so I'm hoping to get some kind of resolution. I appreciate any help! :-)
