Hello,
I've got a development site that I need to finish for a client this week and I'm having a critical issue with the signature field... it's not showing.
The form is located here:

Signature field should show on Step 9 of 11 and on Step 11 of 11 (can't get past step 9 because the signature field on step 9 is required).
I've ran debug mode on WP and get no errors relating to Gravity forms or to that page.
I've checked my PHP error logs and this is the only error there:

I don't know if that goes with the form, but the time stamp suggests that it is.
GD Library is installed and active. Also all server requirements are met.
