Specific User Access

  1. Hi There: I poked around and could not seem to find an answer to my challenge.

Is there a way to allow a user access to gravity form only? Basically we are hoping all records created through GF submissions (only, no other areas in UI) are accessible to a user.

If there is a thread on this please point me to it. If not I would be grateful for any words of wisdom.

    Thanks Much!

I'm sorry, can you be more specific? You can have any form set so only logged in users can submit entries. It is part of the form settings on each form.

I think Rob is talking about the admin panel... How to give access only to GF in Back Office to 'admin' users ?

You can set which user roles have access to Gravity Forms using Role Management plugins.
