Submit form only after payment?

    Does this plugin submit the form before or after payment with PayPal has been processed?

    Is there an option to only submit the form after the payment has been made?

    I.e. if I'm selling tickets on my site I don't want to any incomplete forms/purchases in the admin list.

    There is a setting in the paypal feed that is tied to the form that will only send notifications out when payment is made. The user gets sent to paypal before the form actually submits too. So, even if their payment does fail, you will see a status in the entry in your admin.
