    Hello
Just wondering if there are plans for a Sugar or Vtiger CRM Integrations?

We are an enterprise provider of web solutions and, I am wondering if you have any plans for this.

    Thanks

  2. There have been requests for a Sugar CRM Add-On, however this is the first time someone has requested Vtiger. We would like to create a Sugar Add-On in the future, however a Vtiger Add-On is less likely as it has never been requested before and our Add-Ons need to have use demand to make them worthwhile from a development effort standpoint.

  4. I would also really like vTiger integration, or simply an explanation of how this can be done. I am happy to pay someone to help me configure this.

  6. I'm extremely interested in the vTiger integration as well. I'm guessing lots more people would request this if they knew they could. In fact, I'm only paying for Salesforce right now because there isn't a simple web-to-lead integration with one of the other packages (vTiger/SugarCRM). I'll wager others are doing the same.

  18. I am actively working on this. I've invested a day or two of my dev.

My use case is a mortgage application, with about 200 fields. We have the fields populated into vTiger's Leads module, but it seems that GF doesn't make it easy to match up the field labels with the field ids. At this point, it seems that we are going to have to build up a big SQL insert query in order to make this happen, because, AFAWCT, vTiger's API doesn't allow adding data to custom fields.

Can anyone provide guidance on process? I am thinking that there's an OnSubmit hook or something? And maybe there is a handy array of field data at that point?

I'd probably have to create a table to store the relationship between the GF fieldid and the vTiger fieldname, but, given the details above, it shouldn't be awful.

  19. There is a gform_after_submission hook, http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Gform_after_submission and in there you have access to all the form data and all the entry data. That should make it easy to see the field IDs.

  20. Thanks very much, Chris. I'll pass this on to my dev. As of this morning, I am told it's semi-final, and that 200 or so fields from my 10 step mortgage application form are being inserted to vTiger.

  24. Yes, vtiger integration would be so nice right about now. Currently, vtiger recommends using cforms.

Thanks all. I think the best bet right now is to contact a developer and have one created as we still don't currently have the resources internally do this for you all.
