Support Pricing fields in IsConditionalLogicField, and make the JS hookable

    Can you support Pricing fields in IsConditionalLogicField? And can you somehow make this function hookable so that other plugins that add new field types to GF can have conditional logic enabled as well.

    Scott, I chatted with the development team and they are hesitant to add to the complexity of conditional logic. It's nearly out of control already. Alex did indicate that he will continue to talk about it with the team. Thanks for the suggestion.
