I had seen that it is planned as a feature for 1.7
However, has anyone used this ?

I have recommended this to a few people before, and with over 350 installs, it might be worth giving it a shot if it is what you need.
I have dug into support tickets, it seems the original author is not supporting it, and bug requests are being answered in the community. i wouldnt advise unless one is good with basic php, and dont mind random bugs.
I just decided to break up my forms into multiple, with an "on submit direct to:" type setting..
Example I have a ticket system that requires similar fields, i just am requiring users logged in, and creating user tickets for multiple form steps under username.
This feature would be nice, but long forms should jsut be broken into steps
I'll move this to feature requests. Thank you for sharing your experience.
