"This email is already registered"

Today I got a message from a member of my website that has bought a product a few weeks ago. Now he wants to buy a subscription, but he gets the following error message:

    "This email is already registered"

The form does not allow him to continue and order.

I use Gravityforms + the Paypal add-on and the user registration add-on. On the product form, after a Paypal payment has been received, the user registration add-on adds the user to the database and sets the user role to "product x buyer". The form + the user registration add-on for the subscription adds the user and sets the role to "premium member". But apparently, it is not allowed for existing users to order and be registered again.

    How can I solve this?

  2. I have the same problem when we try fill-out any of our forms with the registration add-on (I currently do not have the PayPal add-on activated). The form is listed below.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

I now realize that the user registration plugin cannot update a user role. However, I understand that this is a feature that is in the works. Any idea when this update will be launched?

  4. @PowerMedia - please start your own post with as much info as you can provide as your issue is different.

@hazu - The User Registration Add-On is currently being worked on and enhanced. The only information I can give you is that it is in active development.
