A form "Title" seems like it has to be unique. That's not ideal, for the reason I'll highlight below.
We ask our new leads three questions as soon as they enter our lead funnel.
Our Title is labeled "Questions" became it gets displayed visibly on the web page.
So now we've gathered that data ... and now want to ask three new questions.
So we create another form ... but we can't label it "Questions" anymore. D'oh!
So we call it "Questions:" which works. But then we do the came thing again, and having to chose a new/unique Title each time is becoming a pain.
So we call the third iteration, "Questions...".
You get the idea. It just seems like that feature needs some tweaking (why does it NEED to be unique, anyway).
A "notes" field (our our reference only) in the Form Editor would be REALLY helpful.
That way we can attach relevant notes to each "form". Like - iteration #2. Facebook traffic. Blah Blah Blah.
