Trying to access Addons page in GF plugin

  1. All I get when I try to access the addons is "Add-On brower is currently unavailable. Please try again later." Any help would be great! thanks

  2. If this is persistent, you will have to troubleshoot on your end. The add-on browser is currently available and accessible. However, your site cannot contact it for some reason. One way to troubleshoot is to enable WP_DEBUG in your wp-config.php file. http://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG

    You can also download all add-ons on this page and install them by uploading the plugin, if the add-on browser continues not to work for you.

    I'm getting the same problem across a number of sites. Could it be related to the License key? In connection with the mailchimp addon I am seeing the following message:

    Register your copy of Gravity Forms to receive access to automatic upgrades and support. Need a license key? Purchase one now.

  4. Do you have a green checkmark next to the license key, and is that a developer license key? If so, then your license key is not likely the problem, and you have a problem with communication between your server and the license server.
