Update email content inside the new user registration email

    Hi,

    I would like to know whether we could update the email content which goes when a new user is registered on the site.

    What I want is to update the login link with the site url..... as I dont want the users to see the wordpress login screen and get confused.

    Pls let me know.

    That message comes direct from WordPress. You can try a plugin like this one which will allow you to edit the welcome emails:
