Upgrade 2 Licenses to Developer License

    I currently have 2 Gravity Forms licenses. I want to upgrade to a Developer's License today. Is there a way to get credit for both of my current licenses or just one? I see how to purchase an upgrade from My Account, but not sure how to handle 2 licenses.
