User alredy registered error

  1. I have a problem when we try fill-out any of our forms with the registration add-on (I currently do not have the PayPal add-on activated). The form is listed below.

    http://about.powermediallc.org/forms/robert-hopek-award-for-professional-development/

Users can't submit other forms (with user registration add-on) when they already submitted a form with user reg add-on activated.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

  2. This doesn't look like it should have anything to do with a user registration form. Do you have this form tied to the User Registration settings?

  3. Maybe I'm not using the user registration add-on correctly. I thought I would be able to have users register while completing a form with the user registration form add-on. Once they were registered I could pull some of their information and pre-populate into other forms. Or connect the forms they submitted with their registration.

I might be way off in my thinking, but thanks for getting back with me.

  4. The purpose of the User Registration Add-On is to register users on your WP site. It's meant to replace the default WP user registration form. You can use "registered user's" meta info to pre-populate forms, but you would want a separate registration form that is isolated from forms that can be filled out multiple times by the same user.
