    Hi, I want to allow users to create and edit their own posts. I see from your info that I can allow them to create new posts, but will they also be able to come back and edit those same posts?

    @Katie, from what I can gather, this feature is not currently supported but I understand from what I've been reading on the forum this weekend that front-end editing is something that might make an appearance in 1.7

    I sincerely hope it does because this opens up many exciting possibilities.

    I've been researching WP sites and themes using front-end submissions and came across this theme shop:

    Many of the themes have user-submission features, and very nicely done I must say. The UI where users create and submit posts is particularly nice, for example the uploading of photos and ability for easily select which one you would like to use as the 'featured' image.

    From the blurb on this theme they claim the following "Not least, users can edit and delete their own posts".
